Absolutely! We are a husband and wife team who both have various food sensitivities or intolerances and know how hard it can be to find food to eat when you have to avoid specific ingredients.
Sign up and let us know which of the meal prep plans you are interested in (you can check it out on our pricing page). If you don’t know yet, no worries! We will help you figure it out. We can craft a custom menu or you can select from a monthly menu. After you’ve decided on a plan and menu (for a custom menu, we send you a form to fill out so we know what type of food you’re looking for), we get you booked for a session. We send you the grocery list ahead of time and confirm the menu, then do the shopping and show up to cook in your home at the booked time! When we are done, you will have a clean kitchen and a fridge full of meals.
Your food will store as regular leftovers would. Typically, we recommend eating within 3-4 days but sometimes up to 5 is okay. We generally create freezer meals if it’ll go beyond that. As always, trust your judgment – if something smells funky, it’s probably best to not eat it!
Nope! As long as we have a way to safely enter and exit your home.

You can pay at time of booking or up to 24 hours prior to the appointment start time (we’ll send you a reminder). For groceries, we invoice you after the meal prep appointment and you can either PayPal or Venmo us.
